Creative Team Bonding Workshop

Thump Coffee quite literally fills up the community's cup with coffees and teas each day, so this was an opportunity to have the team "fill up their cup."

The Result: Seven managers came together to celebrate, connect and create.

Safe space allowed team discover and share the deeper meaning of their paintings through stories.

How our Subliminal Art Workshops connect your team

After a decade in advertising sales, followed by five years of coaching for the Tony Robbins organization and facilitating various events, Mark Jamnik and the Subliminal Art Experience team create team building activities around Central Oregon.

Our Process

Step 1: Story Inspiration Call. Your team meets with the Subliminal Art Experience team to discuss the goals of the workshop you want to accomplish with your team to ensure an optimal experience for all. Discuss your team’s needs and goals, allowing us to tailor the workshop for a more impactful team-building experience.

Step 2: Interactive Paint Session: Mark and Subliminal Art Experiences team will guide the process to “let go of judgement” and have fun. Each participant will work on their own canvas, allowing their creativity to shine.

Step 3: Reflective Discussion: At the end of the session, we will have a brief discussion to reflect on the creative process and the experience, highlighting the connections made and insights gained.

Step 4: Meaningful Art Work: Each participant will take home their own completed artwork. These personal creations act as lasting mementos of the workshop and reinforce the sense of community.

Step 5: Creative Momentum Carrier. Each team member receives a copy of Mark’s book to encourage connecting back to their creativity with thorough exercises to keep sharpening the team.
