How the Collective Experience works

After a decade in advertising sales, followed by five years of coaching for the Tony Robbins organization and facilitating various events, Mark Jamnik and team create team building activities around Central Oregon.

Our process

Step 1: Story inspiration call: Discussing the inspiration for the ideas and concepts for the event. Your team meets with our Subliminal Story Art Experience team to shape the Collective Experience you want to accomplish with employees/clients/members/volunteers to ensure an optimal experience for all.

Step 2: Subliminal details: Choose the perfect canvas size and select company colors and brand elements to capture your unique spirit and create a standout piece for your office. We can also discuss a thoughtful follow-up gift for employees or clients—such as a personalized print and story card for each participant. The number of prints can be finalized after the event, ensuring everyone involved receives a meaningful keepsake.

Step 3: Team contributions: Let the fun begin, as your team members can add their contributions to the collective canvas. Your team's contributions inspire the direction of your custom Subliminal Story Art. Mark interprets and reviews the collective ideas after engaging with all participants.

Step 4: Collective commission is displayed in your lobby: Your custom art is ready to be displayed to provide daily motivation and encouragement for your team.

Product launch/VIP experience

Porsche Bend - Fun product launch for their newest all-electric vehicle, the Macan. Canvas was raffled off and the winner received a fully customized commission for their home from the contributions other passionate Porsche enthusiasts contributed to the canvas.

Result: Over ninety Porsche enthusiasts attended the Electric Dreams event held at Porsche Bend.

Interactive experience invited guests to share their Porsche passion through art.
Porsche Bend raffled painting as a unique giveback to Porsche enthusiast, complete with artist  commissioned process.
Final painting creation utilized unique paint colors of the all new Macan model.

Client appreciation experience

BBSI’s Client Appreciation Experience - BBSI handles HR for many companies around Central Oregon and wanted to create a fun experience for a client appreciation event.

Result: Highly engaging activity for BBSI's annual client appreciation event. Clients received a hand-numbered print commemorating their contribution as a continuation from the evening.

Member appreciation experience

Work-Collective - Fun community building experience for members and the final creation is hanging in their lobby.

Result: Over 25 members and their families contributed to the painting at their holiday party.

Members could share their connection to the co-working "community."
Interactive display card linked to painting's story.
Finished creation has been on display in lobby since 2023.

Milestone experience

Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA) - A non-profit that maintains 600+ miles of trails around Central Oregon that was celebrating 30 years of trails.

Result: Over 60 members and volunteers contributed to canvas to celebrate the non-profit's 30 years milestone.

Milestone celebration provided a platform for each mountain biker to share their appreciation and "trail love."
Local art installations provide opportunity to raise awareness and funds for the non-profit organization.
Original creation is being auctioned off to raise funds for the organization.

Furnish Hope non-profit fundraiser

Furnish Hope is a wonderful organization in Bend, OR that transforms empty houses into furnished homes for those in need. Since its start in 2018, they have furnished over 3,000 homes.

Result: Over 20 models contributed to the canvas and Original creation was auctioned off to raise funds for the organization.

Models connected deeply to "their why" at the kickoff event when they were getting their headshots and video's captured for their event
Models received a thank you card of the finished creation for their participation in the event.
